Consistent every time
Four cartons in and not one dud among them. That consistency is why I keep coming back.

Reviews
Easy from start to finish
I am not much good with computers and I still got through the checkout with no bother.
Good burn rate
Does not race away on you like the cheap stuff does. Lasts a proper length of time.
Arrived on my birthday
Two days early, which I took as a gift. Sealed, fresh, exactly right.
Third time ordering
Same experience all three times, which is exactly what I want from a supplier.

Trustworthy
Paid by transfer with a bit of nerves the first time. Everything was exactly as stated.
Decent all round
Nothing spectacular, nothing wrong. Good steady product at a good steady price.
Good, one small dent
One dent in the box from shipping, product completely unaffected.
Even and clean
Burns even, ash holds together, no mess. Small things that matter.
Great flavour
Full and rounded flavour without any bite. Exactly my sort of thing.
Good with the morning coffee
Sits well with a strong coffee and does not taste stale by the afternoon.
Good, box a bit big
The parcel was larger than it needed to be but everything inside was perfect.
Simple and honest
No gimmicks, no upsells, no newsletter I did not ask for.
