What payment methods do you accept?
Interac e-Transfer only. When you place an order we hold it and show you everything you need to send the transfer: our auto-deposit address (payments@smokes.example), the exact amount, and your order number to use as the security answer and in the message field.
We do not take credit cards, debit, cash on delivery or cryptocurrency.
What is your delivery fee?
A flat $20.00 on every order, to every province â it does not change with the size or weight of your parcel, so ordering more never costs more to ship.
Shipping is free on orders over $250.00 (before shipping).
When will my order arrive?
Delivery estimates run from the day your parcel is dispatched, not the day you order:
- Small parcel (1â2 cartons or up to 25 Zyn tins) â 2â4 business days
- Medium parcel (3â6 cartons or up to 75 Zyn tins) â 3â5 business days
- Large parcel (7+ cartons â bulk and mixed orders) â 4â7 business days
Remote and northern postal codes may add 1â3 business days.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Parcels ship in plain packaging with no branding, product names or logos anywhere on the outside â only the shipping label.
Do I need an account to order?
No. There are no accounts and no passwords â your cart lives in your own browser and you check out as a guest. Keep your order number: it is how you get back to your payment page and how we look your order up.
How old do I have to be to order?
You must be of legal smoking age in your province. You confirm your age when you enter the store and again at checkout, and the carrier may ask for ID on delivery.
We do not sell to anyone underage, and we do not ship to an address where an adult cannot receive the parcel.
